- 4 cups plain flour
- 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 4 tsp instant yeast

- For egg sabzi: in a bowl, add eggsπ₯, beat lightly,add one by one all the ingredients ( salt, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander leaves, cumin seeds, black pepper powder, kashmiri red chillies powder πΆ️, coriander & cumin powder, ginger- garlic paste π§ mix well, heat ghee/ butter/ oil add chopped onions π§ , just saute it, add egg mixture and mix, keep stir until eggs are cooked.
- Both toppings are ready to use.

- For thick pizza base: add 1 cup of warm water in a bowl, feel with a finger to see, it should not be too hot or cold, add yeast, salt, sugar to the warm water in the bowl, mix gently, cover cup nicely and keep aside covered and undisturbed for 10-15mins or till it becomes frothy.
- Sift flour through a sieve into a bowl, make a well in the centre and add the yeast mixture, mix. Knead with enough warm water to get a smooth and elastic dough.
