- Break 1egg

- Add milk, maida in egg

- Now break 2 eggs in another bowl, add salt,pepper powder and pinch of haldi.


- Add veggies to the egg mixture and keep aside

- Now in a pan, add 1 tbsp oil or butter, pour the first egg mixture (egg+ milk + maida), spread evenly all around the pan and cook by covering under low to medium flame for 2-3 minutes, upper surface will firm

- Now add the second egg and veggies mixture, spread evenly all over nicely and cook for few more minutes.


- After its cooked, surface will turn firm and immediately transfer to a butter paper

- Now roll it while its hot and keep for 10 minutes in this position.

- By now it’s cool down, unwrap butter paper and cut into pieces and it’s ready to serve.
