  4. mix egg,parma cheese, ricotta, and 3 cups of motzerella cheese in a mixer and blend for 5 min til smooth.
  5. in a 9*13 glass dish scoop in a layer of tomato sauce til bottom is just covered. Then lay 3 strips of noodles long way across. Next put all the ricotta cheese mix on top of noodles. Cover cheese mix with another layer of noodles. Lastly top noodles with remaining tomato sauce and top with remaing motzerlla cheese.
  6. bake in oven at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes. make sure your noodle isnt showing :) other wise it will get hard as a rock:) pull out then let sit for 5 min then serve with some garlic bread an red wine
